About Ryan

I was born and raised in Kansas City, MO but have lived in Arizona for over 20 years. I came to Arizona to attend Arizona State and loved this state so much I decided to lay roots in Scottsdale. I saw the opportunity for so much growth in the Phoenix metro especially in the real estate market. I now live in the Old Town Scottsdale area with my beautiful wife and daughter.

After graduating back in 2002 from ASU, I started a business and have been an entrepreneur ever since. I started and sold several businesses over the years but always had a passion for swimming pools. I started a pool service company back in 2020 and have been in the residential swimming pool industry ever since.

After spending years in the pool service industry, I discovered a lot of people prefer to maintain their own pool but just needed some help from time-to-time. They either lacked the knowledge or didn't enjoy going to the pool store. After reducing my service route to focus on residential pool inspection (Valley Pool Inspection), I also decided it was time to try a new concept by helping customers in the Old Town Scottsdale area maintain their own pool with my help. This is how Old Town Scottsdale Pool Assist was founded.
