Welcome to our ordering portal! Review our quick guidelines below, then use the button at the bottom of this page to request supplies or book a service.
🚚 Delivery & Service Schedule
Weekly Delivery: All supply orders are delivered on Tuesdays.
Order Cutoff: Submit your form by Sunday night to secure your Tuesday delivery slot.
Upon Arrival: You will receive a text message with a photo proof the moment your delivery or service is completed.
💳 Billing & Invoicing
New Customers: Check your inbox after submitting. You will receive an email directly from me with a secure link to view and pay your QuickBooks invoice online. (Spam Alert: Please check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive shortly!)
Returning Customers: I will automatically charge your saved payment method on file after your order is submitted.
Statement Note: Charges will display under our parent company name: Valley Pool Concierge.
Receipts: You will always receive an email confirmation with a receipt attached for your records.
